Summary of Our Privacy Commitment

Collabraz ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. We do not sell your personal data. We only collect the minimal information necessary to deliver our AI-powered content generation, CMS hosting, and search engine analytics tools.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, connecting integrations, or using our publishing platform:

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, hashed password, and organization or workspace name.
  • Website & Publishing Configuration: Domain names, subdomains, theme preferences, SEO titles, publishing schedules, target keywords, and content cluster definitions.
  • Generated Content: Articles, outlines, blog posts, and interactive blocks generated through our platform.
  • Usage & Performance Data: Anonymized visitor counts, pageviews, referrers, and device types recorded by our privacy-friendly analytics tracker (no cookies, no cross-site profiling).

2. Google API Services & Limited Use Disclosure

Collabraz provides an optional integration with Google Search Console to allow you to inspect organic search performance, query keywords, impressions, and ranking positions directly in your dashboard.

What data we access: When you connect your Google Account, we request read-only access (webmasters.readonly) to query aggregated Search Analytics (clicks, impressions, CTR, position) and identify your verified domain properties.

How we use Google user data: Google Search Console data is used solely to display your organic performance dashboard and SEO rankings to authorized members of your workspace.

No Sharing or Sale: We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer or share your Google Search Console data with any third party, advertisement networks, or data brokers.

No AI Model Training: Google Search Console data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve generalized machine learning or artificial intelligence models.

Collabraz's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following legitimate business purposes:

  • To provide, operate, maintain, and enhance the Collabraz platform.
  • To authenticate your identity, send registration verification links, and secure your account.
  • To execute autonomous publishing schedules and push approved articles to your selected CMS or native site.
  • To respond to your support inquiries, customer service requests, and technical troubleshooting.
  • To prevent fraudulent activities, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations.

We retain your personal data only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with the services. You may delete your account, published websites, or disconnect integrations at any time from your settings.
